    • Is Post-License required in Kentucky?

      All new Kentucky real estate agents must complete 48 hours of post-licensing education within two years of obtaining and activating their license.  No more than nine hours of post-license education can be taken within a twenty-four-hour period.

    • Is Post-License required in Oklahoma?

      All new Oklahoma salespersons must complete 45 hours of post-licensing education.  It must be completed before their first license renewal.

    • Is Post-License required in Tennessee for brokers?

      All new Tennessee brokers must complete 120hours of post-licensing education.  It must be completed within three years of obtaining and activating your license.

    • Does Kentucky have reciprocity with other states?

      Yes! All agents must have an active Tennessee, Ohio, Florida, or West Virginia real estate license for at least one year before taking the course and take a reciprocity course.  For more information on using the reciprocity process as an agent click here and as a broker click here.

    • Does Missouri have reciprocity with other states?

    • How do you get a Kentucky Broker License?

      You must have your Sales Associate License in Kentucky for at least two years and be working a minimum of 20 hours a week and



      • Complete 336 hours of approved Kentucky Managing Broker courses
      • Complete the course final exam
      • Submit the background check
      • Pass the Kentucky Real Estate Broker Exam

    • How do you get a South Carolina Broker License?

      You must be 21 years or older have at least 3 years' experience as a salesman within the last 5 years. If you have a bachelor’s degree with a major in real estate, you do not have to take Real Estate Broker Courses and



      • Complete the 150-hour required real estate education
      • Complete the course final exam
      • Complete the broker exam application
      • Submit the background check
      • Pass the South Carolina Real Estate Broker Exam
      • Complete an online application with the South Carolina Real Estate Commission

    • How do you get a Tennessee Broker License?

      If licensed after 1988, you must have an active sales license in Tennessee for 3 years. If you were licensed before 1988, or you have a baccalaureate degree with a major in real estate you will need only 2 years of active sales experience and



      • Complete 30 hours of approved Tennessee Managing Broker courses
      • Complete the course final exam
      • Submit the background check
      • Complete the broker exam application
      • Pass the Tennessee Real Estate Broker Exam
      • Complete an online application with the Tennessee Real Estate Commission
